Hilary Robinson is an award-winning radio producer, author and feature writer. The author of over forty books for children, including the Mixed Up Fairy Tales (Hodder Children’s Books) and The Big Book of Magical Mix Ups, illustrated by Nick Sharratt (Scholastic). Her books have been translated into a number of languages and are published all over the world.
Hilary was born in Devon and brought up in Nigeria and England. She now lives in Yorkshire with her family.
As well as a writer and radio producer, Hilary is the patron of The Children’s University, a national organisation that provides 7-14 year olds with exciting and innovative learning activities and experiences outside of school.

Mandy Stanley is an award winning illustrator and originally trained for a career in the fashion industry designing baby wear, toys and nursery products before discovering her passion for writing and illustrating children's books.
Moving into book illustration, Mandy has also created original stories such as What Do You Do? and Who Tickled Tilly?, which she pairs with her whimsical illustrations.
Mandy is perhaps best known though, both here in Britain and in the States, for her popular picture-book series featuring a curious young rabbit named Lettice, which includes Lettice, the Dancing Rabbit, The Bridesmaid, A Christmas Wish, The Flying Rabbit, The Birthday Party and The Ice Princess.
